CASEVILLE --- Imagine opening French doors onto your own private balcony, taking in the beautiful view of a picturesque river dotted with a variety of boats. A refreshing breeze twirls through the air as you leisurely walk back through the French doors into your master suite, thinking of your plans for the day, which do not include lawn mowing or other maintenance work because it's being done for you.

The scenic view units have a master suite upstairs, and terrace units have a recreation room downstairs.

Carefree living is the goal of Caseville Harbor Light. Residents will never have to struggle with getting a lawnmower started or with climbing a ladder to wash windows. All exterior maintenance is taken care of by Caseville Harbor Ligh for an annual fee.
"I think there will be a mixture of older folks and young families," (the owner said) of the future residents. "(The condominiums) will also be good for investors. They can purchase units and lease them out to vacationers for weekends." "They (the condo owners) can come up here and not have to worry about maintaining anything. They can just relax and have fun."
"Caseville offers many amenities," (the owners) said. "There are several stores, restaurants, parks, beaches and harbor facilities within a short distance of the condominiums. It's very convenient."
There are three phases planned for Caseville Harbor Light. The first phase, now complete, includes six units. Ten units will be added in the second phase and 12 units will be added in the third phase, for a total of 28 units when all phases are complete.
"The lighthouse is almost in direct line with the Caseville Harbor entrance, so it also acts as a range light, guiding mariners in off of Saginaw Bay" (the owners). " It will be a landmark for Caseville".
"Caseville has been referred to as Michigan's best kept secret."
